Besides eating and drinking, getting a better sleep is the most important thing we do. Without the right amount of sleep each night we suffer in a multitude of ways.
Lack of sleep can lead to:
- Irritability
- Moodiness
- Depression
- Lack of focus at home and work
And those are just a few of the side effects of not sleeping. It is essential you get better sleep and the best place to start is with your mattress. If you are having trouble sleeping each night there is a very good chance it’s because of your mattress.
How old is the mattress? Is it too firm, too soft? Do you wake up with numb limbs? That happens to a lot of people and it’s because the weight of your body is not being supported properly by the bed.
Let’s put it this way, if you can’t remember when you bought your bed, it’s time for a new one.
Here are some FANTASTIC sales from RelaxTheBack to help you get a better sleep at night:
$200 off The RhapsodyBed Bed set + get 2 FREE Tempur-Pedic pillows or a gift set ($200 value).

We all need to get good sleep at night if we want to work productively and have successful relationships. Face it, no one wants to hang around the bitchy guy or gal who is always too lazy to get out of the house and have some fun.

My usual sleep pattern is from 11pm to 7:30 am so that would be an 8 and a half hour of sleep and its good enough. I’m so glad that my husband bought the right mattress, the soft one.

Tempur-pedics are the greatest bed creations ever. I used to sleep on what might as well have been a cement slab, but since trying out my cousing tempur-pedic. I am sold.

Getting enough sleep is vital to live your life to its full potential.
If you are not sleeping enough you are prone to headaches, psychical tiredness and feeling generally unhealthy.

Couldn’t agree more – in fact, the most common cause of disrupted sleep is a poor quality mattress. Mattresses should be renewed every 5-8 years (at most) and yet most people keep their mattresses for well over a decade.

Another important factor to consider is that your trouble sleeping maybe caused by repetitive thoughts that keep looping in your head, or anxiety, in one form or another. I’ve had this problem myself for many years. Luckily there are ways to free yourself from that too.

Sleep is very important for you t be physically and mentally healthy. If you are not getting good quality sleep, try to do some stretching exercises about 15-20 minutes before you go to bed.

I can attest to the moodiness side effect. My wife is a real pain in the but if she doesn’t get her 8 hours. I guess I am too.
