Momentum by Medifast!

Since I, and many of my friends, still look at dieting as the way to control those extra ounces that add up to pounds I was pretty excited about Medifast. This great web site is a balanced approached to all different types of weight control.

It’s fun too, you can even Design-a-Menu to lose weight with Medifast!.

Everything from exercise to specific foods and menus are discussed in one handy package. There’s no condescension and no rah! rah! rah! for every fad plan that tells you how to lose weight. Instead, the site covers a whole slew of different subjects, all relating to losing fat weight.

The legal side of losing fat weight is discussed under the heading of a petition fighting for the rights of obese people to dine out. You can check out your diet personality and have an inexpensive diet plan created especially for your personality type.

I’m a Nighttime Nibbler who falls into the couch potato range of exercisers. The site offers a lot of support for those of us who know we should be 20 pounds less than we are, but just can’t seem to get started.

Information about foods is another interesting feature of the Medifast diet plan. For instance I learned a lot about chocolate and which candy bars to avoid while still enjoying my favorite comfort food. Speaking of foods, there’s recipes available to browse for over 1000 different meals.

If you’re more competitive in choosing how to lose weight, the Weight Loss Challenge might be just the thing for you. Join a team dedicated to losing more weight than the challenging team.

Another helpful feature I found on the website is the reviews. People who have actually tried the products reviewed let you know the results of trying everything from diet plans to skinny clothing.

So get going and learn how to lose weight and start losing fat weight today!
